Product Guarantee and Returns

If you change your mind regarding a purchase, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are open to discussing your particular situation. If in the unlikely event your purchase arrives with transit damage, please photograph the packaging prior to opening as evidence of your unfortunate delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

We endeavour to supply the highest quality product. In the case of a mandibular advancement splint, we aim for the oral device to fit you well and serve its purpose of resolving your snoring or sleep apnoea.

Should it not meet your satisfaction, we will work with you to undertake any adjustments or modifications to the device to improve its performance should that be necessary. Any extra work may involve extra costs to you. Ensure you ask the question if you request such a modification.

Note we are unable to make guarantees that any device purchased via the home impression kit method will completely resolve your snoring and/or obstructive sleep apnoea.

Product Warranty

Warranty is subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Most items come with a 12 month limited warranty on craftsmanship and materials. If you require specific warranty information on an item, please contact us via email info@snorex.com.au or phone 1800 SNOREX.

If you have a warranty (faulty) item that you wish to return, you must first notify us.

We aim to have your warranty claim processed as quickly as possible. Generally, you should expect to have the fault rectified and the device returned to you in approximately two weeks.

Delivery

Shipping any of products on our website directly to your door is an easy process.

Our preferred method is via Australia Post.

Australia Post will normally deliver your purchase, anywhere in Australia, within five (5) working days of despatch. Your delivery is fully trackable.

Depending on your location, we choose to use one of our selected courier companies.
