Our Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions, are detailed in the Clauses below. It is worthwhile explaining, that at your first consultation, we establish your suitability for wearing one of our Mandibular Advancement Splints. If we determine you are not suitable, we won’t progress any further, and there will be no charge for the consultation.

  1. During the first consultation, we will establish the likely level of success of Snorex preventing your snoring problem. You’ll be provided with a Warranty Certificate, which amongst other benefits, will include a Money Back Guarantee for a specified period.
  2. The Money Back Guarantee only pertains to the Mandibular Advancement Splint i.e. SnoreXguard Original. The cost of the consultations and other services are not part of the Money Back Guarantee.
  3. The Money Back Guarantee specified period commences from the date of the purchase as evidenced on your invoice and receipt.
  4. A 100% Money Back Guarantee is provided, if you can supply conclusive evidence you are still snoring within the specified period of the Warranty Certificate. Such evidence must be in the form of a sleep report produced after a sleep test is performed and monitored by a registered external sleep therapist in a controlled environment.
  5. A 70% Money Back Guarantee is provided, if you can demonstrate, without a sleep report described in Clause 3 above, that you are still snoring within the specified period of the Warranty Certificate. To demonstrate you still snore, you may be asked, that your bed partner provides a signed letter stating you still snore while properly wearing the SnoreXguard Original.
  6. Any modifications you make to the SnoreXguard Original, during the specified warranty period, will render the Money Back Guarantee and Warranty Certificate void.
  7. Snorex Australia P/L (Snorex), has the option to make any adjustments to the SnoreXguard Original, at no charge to the client patient, to improve the performance of the Mandibular Advancement Splint to resolve the client’s snoring problem. The specified warranty period will be extended to include a reasonable time to allow the client to test the adjusted SnoreXguard’s effectiveness.
  8. The client must supply to Snorex, the invoices and receipts, originally supplied by Snorex, prior to any refund being processed.
  9. The client must return the SnoreXguard Original and related models to Snorex, prior to any refund being processed.
  10. The client must commit to informing their Private Health Insurance Fund, they have received a part refund from Snorex, prior to any refund being processed.
